BTS Fan Themed Charity Event Party + Visit to Dia Beacon – October 15, 2023

Come join the fun on October 15, 2023 in Beacon, New York PLUS a visit to Dia Beacon where RM (Namjoon) recorded live!  

After our visit to Dia Beacon we will enjoy five hours of BTS music, videos, dancing, prizes, and a sweet treat table.

Chat with our special guest Mike Rose, former Buzzfeed video producer responsible for the BTS Puppy episode.  

This event is being sponsored by The Freedom Scholarship Fund.  To date we have raised and donated $33,000.00 that provided financial aid for deserving students in the areas of music, art, dance, literacy, suicide prevention, hunger and LGBTQ+ youth safe houses. Net proceeds from this event will be donated to a children’s charity in BTS member’s names.  Once the charity has been determined by our staff it will be announced on our official website and social media accounts.

$45.00* – includes event and ticket to Dia Beacon and a sweet treat table for all to enjoy.  We have a few surprises in store for those who attend.

Single ticket attendees must be 18 years of age or older. 15, 16 or 17 year old TICKET HOLDERS MUST BE accompanied by a paying adult. 

 

No children under 15 years of age will be permitted to attend.  This is an adult event.  Please do not show up with a child(ren) you will be turned away at the door and no refund will be given. 

 

A group rate has been negotiated for anyone who would like to stay at the Quality Inn.  You must use the link below to get the discounted rate.  This hotel is approximately 3 miles from the event location. You are under no obligation to stay at the Quality Inn, that is where I am staying and a few others that I know of. I will tell you that the best rate will be the non-refundable so if you are not absolutely sure you can go then I would not take that option. However the link below is for 2 night stay if you need only a one night stay you can adjust that once you click on the link.
